After interviewing quite a few contractors, we met Brandon from Encore and we knew we had our match. Brandon, Oz, and the entire team were amazing from the start. Every job will have an issue or snag or miscommunication and every single time something came up, Encore Builders were there to correct, adjust, adapt, and make sure that everyone was happy. We were never ignored like I have read happens to people sometimes with home improvement companies or landscaping companies. The lovely job itself included a riverbed addition and decorative gravels. Brandon and Oz went over all the options for different rocks and I found what I thought worked best with the color scheme of the home. Highly recommend this company!! "Wonderful contractors. I hired Isaac and Rudy to do a big job for me. Pave a large area around my pool, replaster my pool, and then pour concrete over a separate area in my backyard. Everything looks great, and I couldn’t be happier. Most importantly, they didn’t drop off the face of the earth once payments was made. They took care of me from start to finish and afterwards. I will definitely be hiring them again for other jobs."

"Right from the start things went well. Or salesman, Chris, presented the company's services in a straightforward fashion and gave us addresses of other projects so we could see some similar projects installed. We had other quotes for the job, one a little higher and another a lot higher. Price was not the driving factor - we just felt more comfortable working with Pacific Outdoor and the low price was just a bonus. Once we signed on the process went very smoothly. Jorge, a supervisor, came out right away and went over the details and a demolition crew showed up a couple days after that. Fun to watch these guys work - with all their big equipment they had our old concrete driveway out before noon and started preparing the bedding. The next day the installation crew arrived and went right to work. I worried that if I asked for minor changes someone would tell me it wasn't in the contract and would entail additional cost. Not the case. The two or three I asked for were done without any discussion. We anticipated the job would take five days and they were done in four. The last day was a Saturday so they didn't leave the job sitting there partially completed over the weekend. We're all done, very pleased and getting lots of compliments from the neighbors. If I have another project I won't hesitate using these good folks."

"Victor was quick to come out and give me an estimate. He quickly understood the complexity of my project and gave me a good price on a solution. A couple of days later, he and his worker came out and finished the job in one day. He cut out and removed part of a concrete wall that was falling because of tree roots. He replaced it with a great looking fence. The area was cleaned up, and everything is in great order."
