"We had banging & whistling noise from steam radiator pipes and the very old (but good) oil boiler during very cold days. He diagnosed what needed to be done. It was a serious amount of work, replacing a very old, badly corroded pipes and regular cleaning of the boiler. We could have had serious flooding if this had not been noticed and replaced it.
