I let them know that was a convenient clause for people who are moving and cannot always be there within 24 hours. The offer to come back at 20% off was insulting and no cash compensation has been offered. I paid 675 including a good faith tip and give it a 2 out of 5. Now I'm in quite a pickle having to do all of this myself."
