"My dishwasher wasn’t draining. Bryan checked the drain pump. It was running. Then he verified that the computer board was good. He decided that it may simply be that the drain hose/overflow was clogged or not working. After a run to pick up the part, he quickly replaced it and problem solved. He was neat, created minimal mess (which he cleaned up) and really nice about explaining everything to me.
