"<p>After contacting Ductz about a malfunctioning dryer vent fan issue, they proposed a two- step solution. Since the vent fan appeared to be defective they recommended we contact an electrician to see if it was shorted out or whether a blockage in the dryer vent was preventing it from kicking on due to reduced air flow. If the fan was fine they would be happy to come out and clean out the dryer vent.</p> <p>The electrician came out and verified that the fan was functional and Ductz came out the next day to clean out the dryer vent.  After their initial cleaning attempt my wife and I still found reduced air flow in the vent and the fan would still not come on when we turned on the dryer. </p> <p>Ductz came out a second time, and finally found the source of the blockage and cleaned it out really well. </p> <p>We replaced the dry-rotted tubing that connects the fan to the vent at the cost of 48cents and all is well. </p> <p>Thanks to Ductz for their prompt response. While they may be more expensive than some of the other outfits out there, they responded within 24 hours. Some of the other places we called had a literal 2 week wait, unacceptable when you can?t do laundry and there is a possibility of a lint fire taking place. Thanks to Ductz for being responsive and getting the job done right!</p> <br />"

"It went great! The workmen were on time and very respectful. It turned out we had a another handler we had forgotten about and they were able to quote us a fair price and include it in the work order. They basically worked all day, not only did they clean the vents but carefully cleaned the vents attached to the ceilings. After that, I called a few days later and had them clean the chimney of a rental property we have at the beach and that went smoothly as we../"

"It took me a couple of calls to reach Norman, the owner. We finally were able to connect and set up the appointment for today at 10 AM. He showed up for the job on time; which I appreciate greatly. Norman is a very easy to talk to guy (we are both Veterans so we got along well), very professional demeanor and knows his stuff. My home is only 3 years old, so I knew we were due to start our cleaning schedule. Come to find out that the fellas whom had installed our dryer, when we moved in, pushed the dryer so far back that they knocked the hose loose and it wasn't fully connected. Norman charged us an extra $45 to fix that. All in all, money well spent. I will be adding Norman to my list of contractors and will see him again next year!"
