"They certainly exceeded my expectations. After they power washed the buildings, they meticulously covered all the windows, and taped/covered any vent or object protruding from the buildings. They even removed all the downspouts. While replacing some wood was part of the job, they identified, and replaced wood that I didn't know was bad. My only advice to anyone with tender plants or bushes like hydrangeas or azaleas that have branches that might easily break off is to warn them ahead of time to cover with "extra care" if these are in the way, or you might figure a way to cover them yourself.
