"We had our air ducts and dryer vents cleaned out by Alpine. Robbie called me an hour before he was arriving. Robbie was very professional and ready to inspect the house. Because we just moved in, I had not idea what to expect with the furnace. Robbie gave me an overview of how to change a filter, which way the air flows through the filter, simple things to try if the furnace doesn't get going on the first try. It was extremely valuable to me to get these tips from a seasoned professional. The van they used was pretty consolidated so it didn't take up too much room in the alley Robbie parked in. The work took about 2 hours and even sprung for the duct disinfectant. We are very happy with the service. I would absolutely go with Alpine again."

I was able to get the crawlspace cleaned, pest barriers installed, vapor barrier replaced, heating ducts sealed, 1/2 duct completely replaced from main trunk, and insulation replaced for 1/2 the cost. I also put a 30% down payment on the $6000.00 quote that took the company about 5 days to return."

"It was not very good. This was actually for one of the rental properties. So the renter was there to receive the service. I did ask for a feedback later. The thing is, we ordered a three-room package. Actually, we had only one stained carpet, just one corner, in the living room. It was about 10 x 10. I said to the renter, "You can have other rooms cleaned at the same time." But then, they said that they would just clean that part. So only that part was cleaned. I was expecting that since it was just a small area, they would try to do something else. I think the renter heard that because it was such a small area, they would give $49 back or something. So, I e-mailed to the business and they said no. They said, because the living room was so dirty, if the renter had that room plus the other two rooms, they had to actually charge $49 more. So they said that because the 10 x 10 area was so dirty, it actually matched the big deal price of $89. They didn't charge more or anything else because the renter only wanted to do that small area. That was fine. So I didn't complain, but their reply makes me think that it was not very nice. You can say that you can't refund. That's fine. To me, it seems like if my carpet is dirty and if I actually ordered three rooms, they would charge more. To me, I'm not very happy with their reply. He came on time and he was super friendly. The work he did was as what it should be. The only concern was the communication. The renter was confused and I was confused."

"I've never had an oriental carpet cleaned before so I didn't know what to ask or ask for. I called ahead and set a time to take it in. The person that helped me was so pleasant and helpful, she even took notes of my requests. I explained that I was having it cleaned and putting it in storage for a year or two. When I explained I was moving in 3 weeks she said she would make it urgent for me. Rather than just roll it up they even added a layer or paper to protect the fibers in storage. Picking it up was equally nice, they carried it out to my car and moved the seats and some boxes around until they could get it in my car without being in my way. Who would think someone was drive away from having a carpet cleaned smiling. Well done PureClean."
