"An honest person who showed me up close pictures of my chimney top and that there were no tiles missing. In fact it was a concrete block and stucco top. I had been given two estimates saying i needed tiles and a 3,500 fix. I'm retired and have other expenses with an older house and small pension doesn't go far. So hearing that he could fix it by doing a repair and then waterproofing which had a 10 year warranty was so good to hear. The cost was a third of what i would have had to pay and he worked well and showed me the finished results. With all the repairs i am dealing with it was soooo refreshing to know there was someone who was honest and gave me the help i needed and done well. "Yazmin was awesome, super friendly, always early and charged a fair price. I gave 3 stars because each cleaning something was missed, which I brought to her attention. She would make sure to do it the next cleaning, but then something else was missed. Seems like the cleanings were always rushed. I don't think I am being too anal, but I shouldn't have to go back and clean things after I just paid to have it done. Such as, crumbs still on kitchen counters and nothing was moved or cleaned under, bedroom not dusted very well, and food/dirt still on floor. Paid for a separate cleaning for the blinds/baseboards/windowsills, but the blinds didn't get finished. Yazmin said she would go back over them the next 2 cleanings, but they were never finished. Have half dusted blinds now."
