"Otto installed over 1500 square feet of Wisconsin Red Oak in our home. It was such a professional and incredible job. Additionally, Otto had to color match a section that connected to the previous wood floors, and he did this to perfection. Did a fantastic job, showed up on time and finished when they said they would. I have referred Otto to several clients and they have always thanked me profusely. Can’t recommend highly enough!"

"Eric Kragerud and his PacWest team did an exceptional job on the flooring in our home. They added and replaced all of the hardwood flooring on the main floor, replaced the treads on our main staircase with hardwoods, and re-carpeted the upstairs of our home as well. Eric also coordinated the installation of new quartz countertops and accent stone in our kitchen, all of which turned out beautifully. Everything was completed using highest quality materials, excellent craftsmanship, and best of all on-time. Highly recommend."

"Everything went well with the floor installation. Crew was very efficient, friendly."

"Last November we hired Steve and his crew from Steveâ s Home services to do a complete remodel of our main living areas of our home. This included the bathroom, 2nd bathroom, kitchen, family and living room. They installed new wood floors in a lot of areas, tile floor in bathroom, tile inlay in entry, and a pony wall by front entry. Two main walls were removed between the family and living areas. A full kitchen tear out and everything new was installed including the cabinets. They are a wonderful personable group of hard working contractors to work with. Their work is top quality! We had them in our home for about 5 weeks. We didnâ t have to move out because they cleaned up everyday and protected our furniture with coverings. We will hire them again for phase 2 to remodel our master bathroom."

"We originally contracted with Adam to build a barn/shed. Since we were happy with the results of that project we then hired him to replace out deck. Professional, friendly and very knowledgeable."

"Prompt communication thru four full day work, very knowledgeable, and reasonable price. Work quality is good, but some areas look slightly uneven in the refinished area. The color seems noticeably lighter than the rest of kitchen cupboard and the mismatch is obvious. A couple things to note: 1) Some stain drops were splattered over the edge of every stair steps to the garage, when I tried to clean, it's got worse and left big stained areas. 2) For one day when we came back, one downstair toilet was plugged with poop and another one on second floor was with urine around. It was disgusting to clean up the toilets. On the second day, the master bedroom toilet was used despite the master room door was CLOSED and the toilet was left UNFLUSHED with poop. 3) On the final day he asked around $200 more than the estimate he had provided due to hardwood floor price change. He presented the invoice of the hardwood floor material purchased but I feel that he should have checked the price"

"Modern Flooring installed new floors throughout our home. They were professional, punctual, skilled, and available to answer any of my questions or concerns. Our home looks so beautiful! Highly recommend!"

"The installation was done very well.  The crew took their time and made sure everything was done right.  It looks excellent and meets the flooring int he adjoining rooms perfectly.  The price was very good.
The initial communication was a little unusual.  We communicated solely through Angie's List email even though I provided my personal phone number and email.  It was just new for me to communicate that way.  It worked out fine and everything was done to our satisfaction.

"We had a great experience with TCB Carpet from start to finish. Lenny met us at our home with samples and was very honest and helpful during the carpet selection. Once the right carpet was chosen & measurements were completed, he was able to set up the installation date that worked for us. His crew was very professional, punctual, organized. They were very efficient. We have a 2900+sqft house and they were in and out in less than 2 days. Swift & Quality work. They even cleaned up of driveway of any debris that was there from cutting the carpets. Will definitely hire them again for all of our future flooring needs."

"Michael was simply the best. Great price. Fantastic service. They even got our carpet installed in the middle of Snowopolis!!!"
