I was actually treated like family. There was a genuine care. The staff was friendly, thorough and very friendly. Once the decision was made for the new unit; it took no time at all for the parts to be ordered and installed. This was a pretty big job because I needed all new wiring, a new unit, heating etc. but even with all of that I was up and running in no time. I don't think that was wrong, they're just trying to drum up business. They've been real good. They come when they're supposed to to do the cleaning and fixing. So I'm real happy about that. They just call and say it's time for my bi-annual checkup and I'll say okay and they'll come on over and look at the furnace or air conditioning unit and see that everything is working properly. He'll talk to me about the filters."
