Smooth surface, replaced/repaired a rotten area that was causing a leak, sealed around pipes and vents, clay tile around the outer edge, cleaned up afterward. "The Project Manager was excellent in working around the holidays, December 2025 rainstorms and crew availability to repair my November 2025 roof leak and interior wall damage however, two issues of concern were not resolved, i.e., despite the contract stating that "Painting all vents to match the roof", a vent was not painted because they claimed that referred only to any "new" vents installed, and there are 1/2"-1" gaps between some of the reinstalled tiles. Both issues were emailed to the company and discussed with the Project Manager but not resolved."

"We had to wail a bit because we were hit with rain. When the tiles were removed, it rained and leaked threw my ceilings before they could get the tarp up to cover the roof. As part of the roofing, they painted all my ceilings. You wouldn't know there were water stains. This team was terrific. The roof looks great. In addition, when the final city inspection happened, the inspector said that they did a great job. That made me feel even better about choosing Gio Roofing. I've already given their information to a friend and one of my neighbors."

"not that great. basically paid $99 to get an estimate. included cleaning roof and minimal repairs. took a while to get appointment, and then when they came, they didn't even do the work! gave a really big estimate and then re-seheduled to have someone else do the work. they wouldn't totally replace the roof, gave different estimates to repair, I went with a different company to do a full roof rplacement."

"Asher and David were fantastic to work with. We needed the job done quickly and they came through. They were very responsive with all communication and they kept us informed throughout the job. You can tell they take pride in their work and it definitely shows in the end product. The roof looks great and when they were done they left our yard immaculate. There was a small stain left in our driveway when they removed the dumpster and David personally came back two different days to clean it. "There are always businesses that stand out from the rest, and that describes Foothill Painting very well. After seeing their excellent work on a neighbor's home, as well as other positive reviews on Angie's List we contacted them for a complete repainting of our house, including a detached three car garage and some interior walls and trim. From the very first meeting with Kevin, one of the co-owners, we knew we were in good hands. All their crew members are regular employees, not sub-contractors. One painter told us that he has been with Foothill for eleven years. The estimate was detailed and professional. They not only painted... They also did quite a bit of stucco and window glazing repair. The prep work was meticulous. What we appreciated the most was their attitude that they would do whatever it took to make sure we were satisfied. Too bad so many businesses don't understand the value of that! Also, they were very careful when moving things out of the way and the cleanup was great. We're sure that there are some other painters who would have submitted a lower bid but, as always, you really do get what you pay for. "I called roof repair specialist, on a Saturday afternoon, after we had the heavy rains in Pasadena. I was greeted by Chris and  he helped me set up a appointment for a inspector to come out and check out my leaks. 
We had 3 separate leaks, one of which was unsuccessfully attempted to be repaired by another roofer in the past. 
Peter came out and identified the 3 leaks right away and gave me a estimate on the spot. I decided to go with them as he really knew what he was talking about. He showed me pictures and gave me a run down of exactly what needs to be done. 
A few days later there tech stopped by and completed the repairs on the roof. I was unable to be home but they assured me that was not a problem. They even sent me before and after pictures to show the work that was done. 
I am completely satisfied with the work that was done. They really did everything possible to make my life just a little bit easier.
