I do require a deposit for materials upon signing a contract and the payments go on a percentage of work completed basis. Ask about Angie's List discount. We will also do some payment plans after contract and deposit payment plans are LABOR only all material must be paid in full
"DO NOT USE** this guy Floyd stole money from us. Destroyed our house with his terrible craftsmanship skills. We had to fire him. We asked for a partial refund (which he agreed to) and yet 1 month later have yet to see it. He is not licensed / insured/ or bonded. (Don't believe me? Ask him to send it to you). I would stay far away from this guy--- read the review below and any other reviews about A-1 Renovations- they all say the same thing. This guy is a scam artist. We had to spend more money fixing his mistakes. He will trick you. STAY AWAY. Not a licensed plumber or electrician either. DO NOT HIRE! You've been warned."
