"Mr. Mike is truly an honest and very admirable handy man. He is true to his word and explains to you everything he is doing on your home remodel project. He listens to you about everything you want in your remodel plans. I was very nervous to find someone to help me redo my front main bathroom again after the first contractor never showed back up to finish the job. Mr. Mike showed up on time. He looked at my floor and looked at my bathroom. He immediately knew I had a water leak. The tile grout was all cracking on the bathroom floor and the bathroom had a terrible smell like old wet rotted wood. Mr. Mike gutted the bathroom again told me there was no rubber liner used for the shower and I had black mold. I was so upset, but Mr. Mike was so nice and calm which made me feel better. He basically rebuilt my entire bathroom. It only took him 5 days. He also found electrical wires by my water lines!! I am over the moon happy about my new bathroom and beautiful floors throughout my whole house. He also installed new interior doors. I loved the guys work and honesty so much that I redid another bathroom in my back bedroom. Mr. Mike is a handy man keeper!"

I asked the tech upon his arrival how long the job would take, and was told "Oh, this is easy. 15 minutes tops." This turned into a 2-visit repair because it wasn't done properly the first time. "This is solely based off of my service. I backed into someone’s mailbox and had to replace it. I, as the customer, provided everything needed to replace the mailbox. So I think $205 to remove the broken post from the hole, replace with provided post and provided concrete was ridiculous. The fact that it cost $85 before they do any work(just to give an estimate) is ridiculous. So thank you but I will just YouTube anything from now on. Never again."

"Exceptional! Jeff came to look.at the problem w my generator and in the process of diagnosing it, found the problem did not require the extensive fix proposed by another electrician. He fixed it, saving me hundreds. The other "fix" would have ended up w the exact same work done, only replacing more that frankly didn't need replacing. We plan to hire Dreamworxs for more general repairs."

"Aaron and his team did a great job. Were very friendly and easy to work with.   I obtained three quotes for the work and they were the lowest.  They worked well with mostly suggestive plans as the work changed as the project came together.  Only down side was that costs (as is typical), were high when there were change orders.  I know they didn't think so, but I felt some of the costs of the changes were high, but the quality of the work was very good.  Our house is a historic one in downtown Charleston and was anything but easy to work on.  Aaron (the owner) did work with me on price to try and keep the costs minimized..,   I would use Aaron again and would gladly recommend him for repair and deck work. <br />"
