The owner promptly returned my call. He knowledgeable explained options for roofing and drew up an aerial of my metal roof on my 1890 home. He knowledgeably understood what the architectural review board would allow and guided my choices, gave me advice on short term and long term costs. I went away and did research with other contractors and found his reputation solid and his info spot on. I hired him. He cave me a reasonable date explained the weather related issue. The crew was friendly helpful, neat and self initiating. They came in worked long and did an excellent job. Chance stopped by numerous times during the week to check in and explain things to me. This guy takes pride in his work. He gets right back to you. You don't pay until you are satisfied with the job. I got exactly what I wanted and it was hassle free. Thank you LowCountry !"

"I called Jerry Anderson, the owner of this company, yesterday morning and told him about my roof leaking with the tropical storm and
torrential rains over the weekend.  He came out in a few hours (same day!), did an inspection, and took photos with his smart phone to show me the problems.  He carefully explained exactly what needed to be done and gave me a quote with a 3 year written "no leak" guarantee.
The very next day (today!) Jerry came back with his roofers while I was at work and fixed my roof. He had to replace a good many shingles, seal several places around the various vents and where the garage connects to the house, and cut some tree limbs back so they would not touch the roof.  He also had to actually re-nail and seal the vent that runs down the length of the peak of the roof.  You could see all the nails!  The wind is obviously NOT my roof's friend.
He even called when all was finished and accepted my credit card number over the phone.  Done!  ...and it looks like rain again, so I am very glad he was able to do the work so fast!  I expect no more leaks!

UPDATE:  Jerry Anderson is as good as his word.  I contacted him the afternoon of 10/6/2015 to let him know that my roof leaked around my hot water heater vent and I heard dripping in one other spot during the flood over the weekend.  He arrived at my house just before dark...SAME DAY...and made the repair.  No charge!  BEST ROOFER EVER!  HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 

UPDATE: Roof is leaking again.  I have a three year written "NO LEAK" guarantee from this company.  No reply when I contact them this time. Contacted multiple times since March 27, 2016.

This leak is the "dripping in one other spot" (see above) that I heard during the great flood a few months ago.  It was supposed to have been fixed, but is now dripping with just a light rain.

UPDATE: Jerry Anderson sent two of his sons over yesterday, April 4, 2016 between Noon and 1:00 PM, to fix my roof.  He and his company are back in my good graces!  Let's hope it's fixed for good this time.  

His sons said he has been out of town, so I guess he just got all my messages.

"Two technicians scheduled for 8-10 am called at 9:30 and asked if okay to arrive early. Inside the condo (we are the middle of five units) they saw four water stains in a vertical line on the sunroom ceiling.  The units had a new roof 8 years ago, but that company is out of business.  Pioneer workers went onto the roof, and stayed approximately 45 minutes. Back on the ground, the owner showed photos taken on my roof, explained problems found, and described the repairs made. 1) The metal flashing across the top had dozens of nail heads that were loose, so they covered each nail with sealant.  2) Various shingles had been nailed in the wrong place allowing leaks over time, so each nail was covered with sealant.  The technician suggested that we monitor the water stains to determine that they do not get any larger, especially during winds and rain of each season.  A gentle pencil outline is the best way to monitor stain size changes.
