"I reached out to about 7 different roofing companies for what I thought was just a leak repair. Sam's A+ Roofing was the only company I spoke to that was willing to come and check it out. Mike came to our house the same morning I called. Turns out, we actually needed a full roof replacement. The price was fair and they offer financing, which made things easier. Mike also temporarily fixed the leak and had a crew out to our house within a couple of days. The crew was very nice and did an amazing job. They were quick and didn't leave even one piece of trash behind. I can't say enough about Mike and his team. Mike is an honest, friendly guy. "Pete and crew installed a new roof on our home in Auburn in 2008. It's now January 2020. Recently, I found a slow leak around the skylight they installed in my garage. After emailing Pete he was out the next business day to patch the leak. While here he noticed that the ridge vent that they installed in 2008 was an older style that could possibly let in rain if it was blowing real hard. His crew was out the next day and they replaced the entire ridge vent over 4 hours with snow on my roof. The quote was extremely reasonable as well, and he was there personally for the whole installation to ensure everything gets done right. Our front patio is prone to cracks and he also made arrangements with the delivery company to make sure no risk or damage is done. This last winter (2016-2017) there were torrential downpours which brought with them two small roof leaks. Now that the job is completed, we are very glad we listened to Mike and took his expert advice. Mike and his crew finished the job (32 squares) in 3 days including tear-off and didn’t cut any corners; replacing all the flashing, ridge and roof vents. "I have a flat roof, so it had to be a torch-down, and I just couldn't get an ordinary roofer. So, I knew it would entail a lot. They were out here and gave me a bid, and they could do what I wanted, and for the lowest price. They came out and did three-fourths of it, and then they put all the edging around the outside of the roof. I had a problem about six months later, and it would howl when the wind blew. I called them and they were out the same day, and they knew what to do. They were just on their game. I thought that they would charge a lot of money because they had a full-page advertisement in the phone book, but they were the lowest."

"Took a shot at Rain Proof Roofing based on the positive reviews at the time on my search. Mike called me to setup a visit within 48-hrs of my submitting my request for quote. When he came to inspection/survey my roof, he found several sun damaged/installation mistakes on several flapper vents and roof vents, as well as vent stake seals. The total time on roof was less than 30-mins. He showed me some images of the issues and we discussed to paths, just replace the vents with issues or replace all of them. I went with replacing all vents with metal (existing ones were plastic). Mike got the proposal to me within 7-days. I compared with responses to the other two vendors I selected and Mikes was the best. The repair date was set and repairs were performed 3-weeks after the inspection. Chris was methodical in his work on replacing the vents and seals. It took him about 4 hours to complete the work (2-hours over the estimate). Chris explained that it took longer than he expected due to issues with a few of the vents and is strive to complete the work effectively. When complete, he showed me several of the removed vents/covers to show issues not seen during the inspection. Total: $2,500 This is a small company and this added to their drive to do top-tier work."
