"Paul, the owner, was terrific. I needed to replace a rotting wooden rear entry door with a new ThermaTru fiberglass door. I also wanted to add a storm door to the same entry. Paul came over and inspected the site and we ordered both doors in late December of 2021. The doors arrived several months later and Paul came out for the installation. He was great. He was clearly a meticulous and experienced professional who knew his stuff perfectly. After several hours he had completed the installation of both doors. They look and work great. Paul also cleaned up the interior and exterior areas where he worked and everything was immaculate after he left. Can't of better than Washington Door Service,"

"After talking to Eric, the owner, when he came to do my estimate, I instantly got the sense that he truly knew what he was doing and that he cares about the quality and is very knowledgeable in his field. Compared the others who came by, he impressed me with his honestly and knowledge. Once I decided to go with his company, I worked with his job coordinator, Wendy, to get the job set up. So after a little delay due to the supply chain issues, Moss Door came out and knocked out the job in a day, installing 3 new exterior doors and one interior door. Every door was expertly replaced. My only complaint would have been that the cleanup was not initially completed as the guys missed the cleanup of one stack of debris at one door and the pile of sawdust in the driveway. Also, for one door, the deadbolt was jamming slightly and needed a final adjustment. That said, the fact that Eric came back as soon as he could a day or two later, to finish cleaning up the items his team missed and also adjusted the door so the deadbolt no longer jammed was very much appreciated. And working with Wendy to coordinate the job and also when I needed someone to contact to have someone come out to fix the minor cleanup issue and make that little adjustment to the door, was a breeze. I highly appreciate the workmanship and effort of Eric and his team. I would certainly call them again and would recommend them to anyone. There are lots of guys out there claiming to be handymen that could potentially save you money, but they will NOT do the quality of door work that Moss Door will provide."

"We had 17 windows and a sliding glass door replaced we were told to install would take five days Cris and his crew finished the job in three days. Cris talked with me every morning and explain what they would be installing each day. They arrived on time, set up and got to work. Cris and his crew cleaned up along the way, they were all very polite and knew what they were doing. We had a beautiful front door installed by Lake Washington Windows And Doors in 2022. We are so happy we decided to have them install our new windows. These windows are amazing but Cris and his crew are also amazing. Way to go, Lake Washington Windows and Doors!"
