"I asked Anthony to come back to redo a section of the driveway repair. I paid him for the work twice even though his contract said he guaranteed the work for several years. He came back and made it worse. For over a month he said he would come back and fix it, but his truck and equipment were not working. He then said he would send a guy out to put a temporary sealer on before the heavy rain came. He did not. I would not hire him again. He has said he would come back in the spring and redo it at his cost. If he does I'll write a new review. Don't hire this guy."

"Not five stars 10 stars Eugene (the owner) and his team (Rene & Crew) Did the work in Feb 2025 The weather was perfect but cold in the first two days After that it was rain, cold, snow, and freeze Somehow, someway, they got it done in less than a week I was concerned with the weather conditions all around But the work got done on time Eugene kept me calm by responding to all my questions and concerns The crew was unbelievable Their work ethic and professionalism are second to none The roofing product was first class The workmanship was of highest quality Almost impossible to put these into words As an owner of the house and getting the roof replaced will only happen once in my lifetime This was so important to get it done right I got a lot of bids The price was too good to be true Now that the work was completed I would pay the higher end of my bids knowing the excellent work they did Throughout, Eugene was communicating with me timely How can anyone top this?"

"With many roofing companies as possible options for our roof replacement selecting a contractor can be challenging. Patriot Roofing performed all aspects of the project flawlessly. Communication was great all the way through, I really liked the text message updates. The crews were very polite, a pleasure to have around, I mean they all really were great! As a contractor in a previous life, I seem to pick things apart, or so I'm told, I tried but there really was nothing to pick apart. "Trinity has done nothing but mislead and not communicate with me. Everything was wonderful while they were being paid but the communication from the sales *** and the ******************* is far below average it an issue comes up. They busted my driveway right at the entrance.I have the video of it happening. They are saying it wasn't their fault even though they backed up put padding down then drove over it. Why wasn't that done in the first place. I was also told my little shed was included by the ***. The day before instal he called and said it couldn't be included. What they did respond to fast was the day I called to say I had the insurance check. They were very fast to respond and come pick that up And cash it. Yet didn't start the job for a month."

"Unfortunately we had a pretty bad experience having our house re-sided with Planet Builders. Things started out well, Marcio and crew are very friendly and easy to talk to, but what was originally quoted as a ?4 week project? became a 3 month project. After the first week, they would only appear after repeated texting asking when they were coming back - and then they would be there and work for a couple days and then disappear again. They started in April and by the time they were finished, we were told it was too late into fall to paint. :( Also, they replaced a couple windows as part of the siding job and did a lot of damage to the inside of the house that we had to have repaired. The siders also covered over our fully functioning attic fan! We could not figure out why our house was so hot- and my husband went outside and said where the vent for the attic?! (It was under the siding). I complained to Marcio about the delays and the damage and he gave me $500 back (from a $30k project). Marcio was so nice, I wish the construction experience had been nice too!"
