Ammon, the owner is knowledgeable, personable, and truly cares that you walk away having had a good experience. Price wise, they were a tad bit lower than the other well-rated company (Both were fair and reasonable in my opinion). He was able to work with me on schedule and made sure that the surrounding trees were protected while his crew was working. "Their crew came out on a Saturday and removed a dying tree from our back yard and trimmed another tree in our front yard. They showed on time and got the everything done in a couple of hours. They were very careful to not damage any plants around the tree being removed. Their did a great communicating with us about how they were going to do things and answered every question we had. We are very happy that we hired them. Highly recommend."

"Darell Emel's was very responsive at first when I had the incident.  They provided expert advice which lead to me removing all three trees.  An arborist was the estimator.  The estimate matched the final price.  The crew showed up when they said they would, the job was clean and professional.  The only problem was that this was a busy time for them and they needed a piece of equipment to remove the tree from  my neighbor's yard and did not have the piece that would accomplish the job so they came out a week later to finish because the equipment was being used on some other project.  They do respond to emergency situations but are limited based on equipment and promised jobs.  Overall, it was a better experience than I had expected.

"Ryan was wise and experienced beyond his years and had a top notch crew with him. We had extensive tree trimming done on 4 large trees (he estimated our oak tree at 115 feet), extra maintenance on bushes and removal of small , invasive trees, and fungal treatment of an evergreen. All was done efficiently and in about 5 hours with a competent crew. All branches were put in a chipper and removed, but the most surprising thing of all was they then raked and blew every last leaf and branch up, as well, leaving my yard spotless. I recommend them 100% and feel lucky I found them."
