We do not use subcontractors. We can give you an hourly rate or a contract price which is determined by the size and distance of the job. In that price we can include material or not. The day the job is started we ask for 1/3 of the cost of the job. We can offer many references. We are very confident that we'll leave you a satisfied client. Thank you for your consideration.
