"The entire process - from scheduling the first appt with Brian Boykin to the final clean up after installation - was a pleasure.  So many companies just say they'll come out maybe sometime Tues afternooon, leaving a homeowner waiting around.  When I called to ask about this product, Carrie, the secretary, immediately checked his schedule and set up an appt with Brian for the next day at 2:00pm.
