"<p>I heard about Mr. James (James4 Landscape and Construction) and his team through a family friend, as they are known in the Timmonsville, Lamar and Florence area as "the best around". When I contacted Mr. James, he provided an estimate within 24 hours. At which time, he scheduled a time to meet with me at the property location in Timmonsville. Being that I live out of town, he had to be really flexible, and he was. At our meeting, he was on time, reviewed the detailed estimate and walked to lot, a number of times. After we walked the lot, he drove me around the community to show me other properties, he and his team completed. I found his prices to be very reasonable, for the required job. He started the job on the day, we agreed on. He also secured his own permits, without my assistance. The job took 3-4 days. At the end of each day, Mr. James sent pictures to show the progress of the work.
