"Excellent service and very professional. I was worried about big limbs coming down and damaging the lawn or worse a tree wacking into my house. No problem. These guys know how to bring down trees in a very confined space. Any big limbs came down flat with very little lawn marking. Machines did not mark lawn either and they took special care to cover the concrete path we have across the yard. The stump grinding was thorough and the areas where the trees were was leveled and soil raked out smooth. Clean up was also top notch and all wood hauled away as part of contract. The entire job was finished in 3-4 hours and other than the missing trees you would never know they had been there."

"They always come out when they are supposed to. But we really wanted them to handle our weed problem more than fertilization because I think it's wasteful to diligently water the grass so I don't expect green grass in the heat of the summer. So when we bought the plan we asked what we would need to do on our end and the salesman said we just needed to cut the grass on a regular basis. When we got our first treatment the technician told me he couldn't spray for weeds because our grass was too dry and we would need to water it daily for two weeks before he could treat it. I called and told the lady that the only reason we got this service was for weed control and if they couldn't do that then it was a waste of money. Well long story short we worked it out slightly to my satisfaction. They treated the weeds a couple weeks later and ever since. My issue with this company is not that they do not do a good job on lawn care but that the salesmen are deceptive when trying to sell these services. Also we have gotten several calls from them trying to sell us extra services which I find very annoying. <br />"

"<p>Roof was installed....additional money was required due to mis-communication between T and his sub contractors.  The project was never completed.  Gutters that were paid for were never installed.  Siding that was improperly installed was never corrected.  Numerous phone calls to T were ignored or never returned.  Another contractor was hired and paid 1,500.00 to correct and re-do some of the siding that was not correctly installed and to install gutters.  I will also need to contract with a painter to re-caulk, sand and paint the posts which were not done properly.  I recently called T and asked if he considered this part of customer satisfied quality workmanship.  He said he would come to look at it but has not and I do not expect to hear from him regarding this.</p> <p>If anyone chooses to work with T's Construction - I think he is quite capable of doing quality work.  Just be sure and all quotes are in writing and that full payment is withheld until the job is completed and you are completely satisfied.</p> <br />"
