"Excellent service. Professional - the person that gave the quote explained everything very clearly. The Installer (garage door opener and replacement of some parts on the actual door) was excellent and thorough. Tech cleaned up the wiring that was there and added some reinforcements. The previous door had not been installed very well. (Handyman special maybe?) There was an issue with the new opener kicking the breaker so I had to get an electrician our before I could use it. I went from 1/2 horse to 3/4 horse, which the electrician said I didn't I need due to size of door- 1 car small garage. I had no idea what I really "needed". I would recommend company though I think they are a bit pricey (But generally you get what you pay for.) and I maybe should have researched horse power needs before committing."

"I requested an estimate to replace an opener for one door and add a sliding lock to the second. Ben B, the technician, diagnosed the problem and prescribed a much cheaper option to repair my opener. He was courteous, professional and worked quickly. He explained maintenance steps we should take in the future. Ben also installed a sliding lock to reinforce our second door. The office called me first to let me know the timeframe in which he would arrive and Ben called me when he was 30 minutes out. I recommend Discount Garage Doors and I hope to get Ben again if I need their service."

"The tune-up itself went well including roller replacements.
Unfortunately only a couple weeks later we started having trouble with the opener system.
They came out and recommended a change of the garage door opener and offered to do same on the sport for a good price which turned out to be about 25% higher than competition.
We did not get the opener from them and based on malfunction of equipment only a few weeks after everything had been checked and was "OK' and based on rather bad price we changed suppliers.

"They came out on time and replaced the steel line wire that was broken. I needed new  torsion springs and rollers. My side keypad was not working and they replaced it with a new one.
Everything was done in a timely manner and they were both very friendly.
Will use them again for any garage door problems.
