"I am happy to recommend Paul and Cyndi Caruso of Corban Construction to execute your next construction project. They have just completed enclosing our previously screened lanai. The project was completed professionally and looks great. The professionalism starts with the very comprehensive detailed bid package. We interviewed several contractors and received bid packages which were illegible, not very specific and didn’t do the amount of work Corban was going to do. Paul’s sale was not high pressure, but just very matter of fact – “here’s what we’re going to do and here’s the cost.” The slowest part of the project was getting through the design drawing and then permitting. Once that portion was completed and subs started getting on site then things moved much better. (Note, when you are considering a project make sure you take into account major holidays where workers have time off. This is not unique to Corban, but is a consideration when dealing with any tradesmen. ) Paul did a wonderful job of communicating the time line on the project and what was going to happen daily through the process.
