"PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS CONTRACTOR! He did such poor work on our roof that we are now going to have to hire another company to repair all the substandard job! The tiles are not laid out the same on either side (different patterns), he didn't use shingle ridge caps along the top (he charged us for them on invoice), but cut regular shingles and turned them sideways. He also should have replaced the circa 1980s skylights, but said they were fine, and then reinstalled them by using nail gun into side of already fragile/old skylights which damaged them further. He didn't even use the proper screws or the manufacturers holes, and one skylight isn't affixed at all and could blow away! He left tons of debris in the raingutters. I could go on with more issues, but hopefully you get the picture. Be forewarned, I have also heard from many in my community that his shingles have blown off and has also used the wrong size nails for roof. "

"The recent rains made it clear we needed some roofing work done. As I began looking for contractors, Zenith Roofing Services happened to start work on a house 2 doors from us. I got the benefit of watching as the crew worked on the neighbor's home, and I liked what I saw. I requested an estimate and was pleased to see the level of detail presented in the proposal (as opposed to other contractors), and at a fair price. I signed with Zenith Roofing for our roofing project and am extremely happy with the results. This job included 28 solar panels that needed to be removed, then re-installed. Zenith Roofing was fantastic in coordinating with the solar contractor so that our project stayed on schedule, and with no cost surprises. I signed off on the contract and was told that it would be 7-10 days for the materials to come in and that we would get a call to set up the repair appointment. Two weeks later we'd heard nothing and when I called I was informed that they actually could not do the repair. This had been determined within two days of my signature on the contract and I NEVER received any kind of notification. So now, the roof is still leaking and I'm back to square one. While they were pleasant to deal with, the lack of communication is completely unacceptable."

"This job was not needed as the roof vent was found to have come from the next-door neighbor's roof. However, I had Gordon to inspect my roof due to the recent winds that had come through the area. He found 3 tiles that had slid out of place. They were not damaged, so he set them back in place. I have no issues with the work he did. I am completely satisfied. The only reason why I gave the business 5 stars because Gordon was late and had forgotten the appointment. I had other business to attend to, so I called him to see what had happened. He apologized and explained the situation involving an ill family member that needed attention, which is understandable. I was on a tight schedule, but Gordon got right on it and arrived in time for me to get on with my day. I'm sure this was a rare circumstance. I would have given the business 5 stars, except, I would suggest Gordon set up an appointment reminder using his mobile device, so he never forgets his appointments. "
