"The technician came out and for the diagnostic appointment and told me it was a faulty motherboard. It was $136.50 for this visit. I ordered the part and the technician came out and replaced the motherboard and charged me another fee of $109.20. The washing machine stopped working again 2 days later. I asked for a refund because the washing machine was obviously not repaired, but the the technician was only willing to refund the $109.20."

"They left me with an absolute disaster. The new plumbing line they installed was put in wrong and the entire thing buckled and is full of standing waste. It will all have to be reinstalled. The bathroom is now unusable with fumes from it filling up our house and being an 86 year old widow on a fixed income, I can’t afford the $20,000.00 dollars it would cost to fix the disaster they left me with. I’ve reached out to them to no avail. Hiring Denix was the worst decision I have ever made!"

Our guest tub/shower valve no longer worked and they were able to replace the frozen valve, install new fixtures and, importantly, patch the drywall opened for the repair and resurface and paint it so you’d never know the wall had even been opened. They were also able to thoroughly seal, inside and out, our Master Ensuite windows where we’d had some rain come in during particularly hard storms and also patch a hole on the roof that may have been causing issues too. They also installed tile to the exterior threshold of our Master patio doors and regraded the slope away from the house to solve a water issue there, again in driving rains. They also repaired a small spot of water damage in the ceiling of one of our closets - would never know there had been an issue. No more leaks and, once again, the work was done promptly, efficiently, professionally and by people who are also friendly and entirely trustworthy. We’ve never been disappointed in our dealings with Dave and Clint and Fudi and have always been entirely pleased with the results. We’d highly recommend them."

"We broke the top of a persons sewer line boring, They quoted 5300.00 I and my crew dug most of it up and filled the hole in and raked the rock back to make it look nice. They spent for ever trying to jet it out. 4 of them just sitting there jetting it out. The homeowner finally asked if they wanted to backwash their pool into the line to clean the pipe.. 5 minutes and pretty much clear.. I or anyone else would of jetted from the hole that was opened up but they didn’t. They put it back together and tried jetting it through bends. They messed up and while I was watching through their camera and they were just pretty much trying to shove a pressure washer hose down the pipe with nothing attached to it. They were just trying to push the stuff with a camera while running a garden hoses and still charged the quoted price. My guys could have done it for like 100.00 bucks if that’s all they were going to do"
