"Very well. They spoke no English and I spoke no Spanish which causes a few obstacles. Very pleased overall but I will say when they clean and move things they do not always put them back. I had to pick a lamp up off the floor and put back on a nightstand."

I’ve been professionally cleaning for a year. Specifically an office space and a few homes to get ready for sell. \nI specialize in houses.\nI can travel to clients and own all my own cleaning equipment and supplies.

"Carissa’s Cleaning Service did an exceptional job cleaning my home! Carissa is meticulous and doesn’t overlook the “little” things! Each time I come home from a cleaning, my house is spotless from top to bottom! I definitely recommend anyone looking for someone to clean their home to give her a call"

"Jeremy did n excellent job and paid attention to details. He cleaned my house, my deck, the paved area around the house, and my utility shed. I would recommend him to anyone, and I intend to use his service again next year."

"Wow! Just WOW!!!! Two hours after Leucy and her assistant showed up, I had an immaculately cleaned home. They mopped all floors and dusted everything--including seven ceiling fans and all of my furniture. They cleaned behind furniture, dusted all blinds (coverings for 10 huge windows and a french door) and made the beds. They dusted the TVs and wiped down all artwork. They left my bathrooms sparkling and smelling freshly cleaned. I don't think there was a speck of dust or dirt left anywhere. I have used various cleaning services in the past, and none measure up to the quality of service provided by Leucy. I am so happy she will return every three weeks!"

FAQs for post construction clean up projects in Sun, LA

Plan on one hour of cleaning for every 100 to 200 square feet. That means a two-to-four-person crew will spend eight to 12 hours on a full-size home.

Your pro will walk the space first, size it up, and give you a more precise timeline to be sure every lofty ceiling, baseboard, and tight corner gets the same white-glove attention.

Cleaning fine dust after construction requires a combined approach of detailed dusting and high‐powered vacuuming. Begin by wiping high surfaces such as ceiling fans, walls, window sills, and countertops to eliminate deposited particles. Next, vacuum all floors, carpets, and hard surfaces and mop afterward to remove residual dust. Finally, clean HVAC returns, supply vents, and replace filters to ensure a completely dust‐free environment.

You’ll need safety gear and heavy-duty tools. At minimum, you should wear a respirator, eye protection, and work gloves. Then, bring in a HEPA-filter shop vac, wet mops, microfiber cloths, and a carpet shampooer to lift dust from every surface.

Pros also keep extra filters and trash bags on hand so they can swap them out mid-job and keep the cleanup running smoothly from start to finish.

Book your post-construction cleanup for one to two days after the last tool leaves the site. That 24- to 48-hour buffer lets dust settle so the crew can snag every speck in one visit.

Touch base with your contractor before you lock in a date; if their punch-list slips, you’ll want to shift the cleaning slot to avoid costly rescheduling and make sure the house is truly move-in ready.
