Chad created a favorable impression immediately; he was on time, knowledgeable, added constructive suggestions as needed and was completely professional in all regards. I had been quoted by other companies to install scuppers, a gutter, and a drain spout, and each could not commence work for 10-12 weeks; Chad was able to start and complete the job in 12 days.
