He did a very good job. He answered all my questions and gave additional information on future care and the best products to use. I wish the price was lower but you pay for the best. We will definitely use Cass Plumbing again. We gave their name to a friend who needs plumbing done. Thank you."

The discussion of cost was outlined (without pricing) where a service would be estimated, then additional costs would be applied if their corrective action failed. When challenged on the effectiveness of their proposal, and costs for services, they recanted and agreed to stick to the estimated price. When challenged on competitive pricing, the representative could not validate charges. I believe the total cost was too high for the work performed. Overall, I agreed to the price for two reasons. The situation required an immediate fix, and EB Plumbing is local to me."
