There was an issue with the edging and a sprinkler head almost immediately afterwards, and they did come back to fix it and make it right. We love the work they did for us and have recommended them to several other neighbors and friends. I will say that the communication gap when issues arise, specifically with the sales rep Bob, was the only drawback. I ended up going straight to Albert after Bob stopped showing up, and we were well taken care of from that point forward. Albert also has an admin named Stacy who responds to his texts on his behalf and she is absolutely wonderful. They are truly lucky to have her communicating and followingn up on their behalf. I am deducting a star for customer service based solely on my experience with Bob...everyone else we encountered was great. All in all - this company quoted a great price, they showed up on time and delivered a quality end result with no delays, and they made good on their quality promises by fixing issues when they arose. I would hire them again, and I would recommend them to friends and neighbors."

"Peter did our landscaping and given we were renting the property we wanted someone who could also provide the full lawn service. The service started fine but we were getting periodic feedback from our tenants that they were not showing up on a regular basis. Our tenants also sent photos of things not being taken care of. When we reached out to Peter he was very confrontational and aggressive. Over the a period of seven months, the incidences increased and service kept declining. I finally reached out to another provider who walked the property and shared some tough things with us, money we were charged for services was not being reflected in the condition of the property. Over the last period someone had changed the sprinkler zones to five minutes and all our new sod was dying, Sprinkler heads were grown over and others were broken. When you are paying someone $250 a month for full service and extra for mulch, our property should not look the way it does. Nothing was being maintained, overgrown bushes, weeds in the paver driveway, palm tree frods , you name it, not doing their job. Very disappointed in how this turned out."
