He advised that he is not able to refinish the floors and it’s best to replace. We agreed on it and he walked me through every step and stayed real close in contact with me before and during the process. Once the job was completed (honestly was 2 days early) he called to advise he was completely done with the job. Jake and his crew did an amazing work. Very professional very clean. Me and my wife work they should have given us available dates so we can coordinate with our job when we can take off. They charged us to take away the old flooring, we paid them in full, however the old flooring is still in our garage. No one has returned our text or email."
