They came over quickly, their quote was reasonable, and they did what they said they would do for the price quoted. The crew was polite and respected my yard. For those concerned about the few negative reviews based upon communication, the company doesn't appear to have a large office or professional sales staff. This is probably one of the reasons their pricing is so good. So, yes, communication was a little sparser than some other companies, but they're hard working, friendly, and answer their phones. I'm hopeful that I won't have any further problems following the repair, but am confident that they'll promptly come back if I experience any issues."

"We have been very pleased with Ralston Exteriors. For our <br /> first project, they addressed a corner of the house where an interior leak had <br /> developed, by installing kick-out flashing along the adjacent roofline and <br /> replacing Tyvek and cedar siding/trim in the affected area. Our most recent <br /> project involved replacing a broken window, which in addition did not have <br /> adequate flashing because of its size and location near a roofline; the window <br /> was replaced with a shorter but wider window to comply with current code, and <br /> new cedar siding/trim with proper flashing and underlying Tyvek was installed <br /> in the area surrounding the window. <br />  Quality of workmanship and attention to detail. The repaired <br /> areas are a very close match to the original, both in terms of style and color. <br /> The workers that we have met have been thorough as well as courteous. We were comfortable using Ralston Exteriors over lower-priced competitors <br /> because of the quality of their workmanship and excellent customer service. <br />  Follow-up. After work has been completed, Ryan remains <br /> responsive when we have called with questions or concerns. When our second <br /> project was done, he even took another look at the work done on the first <br /> project to ensure it was still holding up (it was!) and did some touch-up <br /> caulking. <br />"

"I was grateful G&K called me back - during this busy summer of heavy rains in WI many roofers were booked and did not want to deal with a "small job." G&K measured my home by satellite and provided a quote to replace the entire roof for $5,000. I was able to find two roofing experts from word-of-mouth recommendations, Carl Cure in Verona and Rick Cruz in Monona. Both came and looked at my ceiling and inspected the roof, said the roof is fine for another 7-10 years, identified the problems and gave me quotes. I hired Cruz Roofing and was delighted with their responsiveness, willingness to "do the jobs others don't want to do," and commitment to quality. I would also recommend Cure Roofing in Verona - it was a case of having to decide from two good options. Tom Woerhl is doing drywall repair on my ceiling at this time and he is excellent."
