"After researching and talking with other window installers, we decided to go with Jackson Egress. After several emails and them coming out to check the existing window, we agreed to the to have the 48x48 slider installed. My wife wanted the larger window for getting more light into the basement and I wanted the larger window so I could bring large objects into the basement. It was going to take over a month to get to our window but we agreed to the wait They arrived promptly at 8 as promised and began working. After working a little while I was informed that they would not be able to install the 48x48 and could only install the smaller window (no price difference). When my wife began to have reservations about the smaller window they acted as if they were going to just stop working and leave. Not wanting to have to wait months longer and wanting to start our basement remodel as soon as possible, we reluctantly agreed to the smaller window. On the plus side, they were punctual, respected our property and worked very hard to professionally install the window that they wanted to install. When everything was finished it looked great but I would not use their service again."

"We hired Travis to straighten a 24' brick planter that had developed a severe bow and had motar issues. Travis and his crew were prompt, professional, and finished the work on time. Even with heavy rain delaying the project, the office called each day until they could start. When finished, the planter looked better than when first built. Also, the clean up was amazing. "Aside from some initial scheduling problems, all work performed well and in a timely manner. Justin and Cory did an outstanding job. They solved several challenging installation problems. I had planned to have only indoor levers replaced. They were working so quickly and doing such a great job that I went out and also purchased entry and backdoor keyed locks with deadbolts. One was a different size than the original one, but they figured out how to make it work. I had told them to not bother as we all discussed the situation didn't think it could be successful. They mulled it over and solved the problem. Holes also had to be drilled in our rear metal door as the new lock was completely different from the previous one. Justin and Cory were great. I very highly recommend them and would certainly not hesitate to use the services of this wonderful company!
