"Our house is finished with a Drvit Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS). We needed a company to repair cracks and bulging in the exterior walls. We got several estimates - E.M.Texture was very competitive. What impressed us most was how patient and transparent Rob was. "This company did an excellent job.  House, patio, step and walkway all look 100% better.  I was amazed at how clean they got the patio because it was extremely dirty, much more so than the house.  I was given an appointment for the following week the same  day I called them, which is significant to me since the other company I tried to use would not give me an appointment, telling me they would call the day before the service was to be performed.  The staff contacted me on the day of the appointment to let me know they would be postponing my appointment time to a little later in the day due to the sudden cold temperature change the night before which continued into the next morning when the work was scheduled to be done.  By the time I arrived at the house after work, the job was completed.  They did not damage any of the window or door screens and the yard was the same as before they came, i.e., no water or cleaning solution all over the place.  Also, their billing process was very convenient for me since I no longer live in the house; they sent the invoice via email and allowed me to mail the payment to them.

"I hired this company due to time constraints with another job I was working. If you want them to paint simple projects in investment properties, they will do the job. Painting quality was average. Got some paint on trim in several areas. Speed of painting is below average. Took 8 hours to paint 2 coats on walls only in one small bathroom (6 x 6 x 8), one bedroom (12 x 12 x 10) and one living room (18 x 12 x 8). Trim nor bathroom / bedroom ceilings were touched. Being a painter myself, it should have taken maximum of 2 hours per coat per room for walls only or a max total of 12 hours. Leaving 4 hours for painting the trim and ceilings.
