"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

"They were on time for the estimate and discussion of what I wanted.  I actually planned on buying more but Julie convinced me i didn't need all that I asked her about. It was very nice of her to be so honest.   Then the installer came out a few days later to measure exactly before the order went in.  <br />  There was a small glitch in that it was the first time they had put in the type spice cabinet I ordered and it didn't slide as it should because the runners were too short.  So, Bob went up to the Rockler Store about 2 miles away and bought longer slides at his expense and finished the job.  I told him it could wait till Monday since he came to do the install on a Saturday but he was determined to get the job done. Couldn't have been nicer.  <br /> Everything turned out so good that I had Julie come back and ordered two sliding drawers for the kitchen under my cook top. <br /> These are a crazy shape because they wrap around the down draft on my cook top.  ShelfGenie has no problem with that.  <br /> Their products are beautifully made with all wood and beautiful finishes.  They are very sturdy.  They were able to put in a spice rack in a very unusual spot that no one else has ever thought to do.  And the Lazy Susan is the most amazing, space saving and easy to reach accessory I've ever seen.  It has three levels but the bottom two are drawers and then there are what she called wings on two sides for taller items.  This is a big corner that had two shelves and a lot of storage space but with my bad knees it was awful trying to crawl into the corner to get things.   The lazy susan solved all that and I have even more storage than before and it's more accessible.  I can turn it and then pull the drawers out and never have to get on the floor to reach things.  ShelfGenie can solve all your storage problems.  Get their catalogue, you'll be amazed. <br />"
