My husband called and talked to Jody Patterson, who made an appointment for later that day to come give us a free estimate of the repair work on our deteriorating chimney. Jody was working on another project in an area 90 miles away at that time, but said he would come by in the early afternoon to give us an estimate. <br /> The project he was on took longer than expected, and Jody called us twice to let us know that he was going to be delayed. We appreciated his keeping us in the loop as to when to expect him. <br /> He had another larger job coming right up, but since ours was small he was able to work us in by arriving at 7 AM the next day. He arrived promptly, with his brother Joel and a helper. They had the necessary equipment on a flat-bed trailer, including scaffolding (they were careful not to damage our metal roof).
