Then I got frustrated because neither he nor his wife would not return my calls. We already had the building permit and everything else to go forward. Was FINALLY able to get them on the phone, and was told they would be ready to start the following Monday or Tuesday. They started on Tuesday, were very professional, very polite, and very neat and tidy. They completed the fence in 2-1/2 days. They cleaned up everything. my fence was built board on board, not with the stabled together sections available at the big box stores. Except for having to wait nearly six months, I was delighted and would use them again."

"I left a message Saturday asking them to call me after the Memorial Day holiday weekend. They called Tuesday morning and set an appointment for between 10 and 2. At a few minutes before 10 the repair man called to ask if he could come. He arrived a short time later and gave me a quote and I accepted it. He started working and replaced the wheel I knew was bad and two others he said were going to fail soon. He also adjusted the spring so the the door doesn't slam like it had been doing. The door also sound much better now going up and down after he finished."

"it went well.  Dan and his assistant arrived on time.  he had to leave and get the supplies he needed after he saw the job that needed to be done.  they both did a good job and was worth the money.  my only comment would be he seemed a little annoyed when he had to go back to Home Depot again for more supplies, which was certainly not my fault, and seemed to not want to paint, which was part of the job I hired them for.  all in all, a good experience and would use them again.
