"The installer and his assistant were excellent, repairing a damaged area of hardwood flooring skillfully, efficiently, and neatly. Communication could have been better, as it took two days to nail down an appointment — despite my open schedule — and the installers were significantly late (arriving at 1:40 P.M. for a 10-11 A.M. appointment) without any form of notice. Overall, I am happy with the work done and would hire them again if the need arose."

"One thing I have unfortunately learned from doing renovations in Miami is that it is very hard to find a good/reliable contractor. Mick and his team were incredible. Mick helped me from from beginning to end. He did the estimate himself, which was extremely clear and his prices were beyond fair. "Serrano's was not only one of (if not the best) prices I was able to find while shopping around, but Diogo was by far the most responsive and communicative contractors I had the pleasure of speaking with. Despite all of the other clients and jobs he had going on he always tried his best to find time to update me on my project and answer any questions that I had. On top of all of that my wood-look tile came out phenomenally! His workers were also extremely polite and friendly. If I had to have one criticism it's that they could've done a better job of cleaning up after themselves (food and drinks after lunch is what if mostly looked like) but it was far from terrible or filthy and absolutely easily manageable. Would absolutely recommend them for anyone looking at any sort of flooring project done and would be the first company I'd personally look to if I needed any more work done."
