While a complete demo and repour was out of our budget, Kaveh suggested a face lift by fixing cracks, painting over so cracks would not show, and fixing bricks. "Very well, in fact great. BGB did a fantastic job with the remodel. Considering we were in the middle of a pandemic, Nir and his team went out of their way to get us done because they knew we were living out of our garage. The finishes were exactly what we asked for, and when we found a discrepancy, Nir made sure it got corrected to our liking. BGB is a company that worries about customer satisfaction and quality, rare these days. Some members of Nir’s team worth calling out are Ami the plumber and Max the Drywaller. Both are exceptional tradesmen. Nir’s flooring subcontractor also did a fantastic job. He came back out to finish the door transitions which was a very small job for him to drive from L.A. to Orange. Nir dealt with our scope creep very well, what started out as a kitchen remodel then included a wall removal, opening our family room to our dining room and flooring almost all of our house. His prices are fair and his management of the overall project was very effective. I would hire Be Green Builders again in a heartbeat. In fact we have a master bath upgrade on our list of projects and I will be calling Nir and Be Green Builders first."

"Today, Kris and one of his employees came to remedy my complaints.  He explained that he hired a tile layer (who did my job) through a general contractor who he often works with and offered to find the same limestone and have someone else replace the tiles that were gouged, chipped and not layer evenly at no additional cost.  The other alternative was to sand down the lip of the poorly placed tiles and grout.  I chose the later. In addition, they cleaned and grouted areas that they missed before.  
Kris was eager to remedy the problems I identified and put me on his schedule to clean my limestone floors next year at no charge.  He is truly and gentleman, eager to do a good job for me, who had the misfortune of a couple of problem employees who no longer work with him."

"Steve and his entire crew are all very professional, hardworking, detail oriented and they produce very high quality work. Steve helped us with obtaining necessary approvals (HOA) and building permits(City) before the start of our remodel. During the remodel, Steve was always ready to answer any questions and many times suggested me ways to save money without sacrificing quality. Steve was very patient in accommodating and incorporating many of my last minute changes. He and his crew have thorough knowledge of all building systems as well as experience working on them. All the work was performed on time (barring some rain delays during winter) with emphasis on quality and perfection. Steve visited the site at least 2-3 times a week to check the work progress and made every effort to keep the site neat and tidy. Steve suggested vendors for various materials and all of them were very reasonable. He also suggested a Replacement Window Company that we worked with to fit in our overall remodel schedule. I truly appreciate Steve's willingness to help the home owner/s and will not hesitate to contact him for any of my future remodel needs."
