"If you were as unfortunate as we are to have purchased Samsung kitchen appliances then keep A-1's number handy...you're going to need it! We purchased the entire kitchen suite of Samsung kitchen appliances 3 years ago and have had to have our microwave fixed once, our refrigerator fixed 3 times and our stove once. A1 is the only company in Myrtle Beach that will work on Samsung. Lucky for me Dave has been to my home 4 times now. I welcome him with open arms. He is knowledgable and has worked very quickly to fix all of our problems. He is always promp and calls me ahead of time to let me know when he will be here. He gives me a lot of tips on the appliances as he works. I believe that Dave can probably fix any brand appliance. If you need an appliance fixed in my opinion Dave is your man."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
