"We got shafted by another contractor, after he ripped my wheelchair ramp apart. We called Tracy Norman Concrete and explained all of that to them. My chair was literally confined to our front porch! They came in and jumped right on it for us!!! They brought the skid steer and did all the grading and forms in one day and poured our beautiful ramp, sidewalks, patio, and driveway on the second day. So kind and friendly and paid the closest attention to every detail. We simply canâ t say enough nice things about their work, caring assistance, and extremely professional attitude. Not one single time did anyone even raise their voice or give orders! Everyone knew exactly what to do and when to do it! We now have our freedom and independence back! We were truly in a state of despair until Mr Norman came along. There are still good people out there it just took us a little longer to find one! Highest recommendations! 100%"

"The work was completed ahead of schedule, about 2 months ahead of time.  A&A kept us informed weekly on all aspects of the work.  He gave advice and suggestions on how work was to be done.  He found the subcontractor with the best price and the work was done excellent.  Also, I had some of my own materials for the house and he had no problem using my material.  As for the budget for building the house, A&A was exceptional because even though we made changes, he still came within the budget.  He is reliable, dependble, loyal, problem solver, and he goes out of the way to meet your requests.   With us in Virginia and building our house in South Carolina, he made it easy and handle all problems.  I will definitely use him again and refer him to everyone I know.  <br />"

"They did a great job with the installation of the ceiling fan and light fixture.  They cleaned up well after their work.  The caulking in the bathroom was done nicely except that the color of the caulk did not match exactly with what we had.  Unfortunately, they were not able to complete everthing:  They were not able to fix the sealant around the bathroom door, install a doorknocker, and could not retouch scratchs on the baseboards.  We were supposed to have the supplies for them to complete the work.  I did not have any baseboard puddy. The screw for the doorknocker was too small for our door and they did not have any screws with them that would have worked.  They also asked to take a sample of the silicon sealant wtih them to a complany that deals with shower doors and get back to us.  We never did get the sample they took.  They had called us a couple of weeks later saying that they could not come back and fix the bathroom door seal. <br />"
