"They came on Wed, replaced the hot water heater and checked the air conditioner and cleaned the ducts.  On Thursday, they installed the furnace, humidifier and thermostat.  Furnace SUPER quiet, before we had some rumbling, always knew when it was on and when it was off.  Hot water heater heats at a much higher level than our old one.   <br /> Thought the job would take two days, they worked hard and got it done in two days.  Cleaned up after themselves and were pleasant and able to answer our questions.  Am very very happy with the work and thought the price was fair.  Great Job!!!! <br />"

I called, left a message and they got back to me right away. They were able to fit me in on the day I needed. Steve called me that morning to keep me informed of arrival time. Pricing is based on sq ft. Upon arrival, he measured the areas to be cleaned and gave me a quote. I got a 10% discount because there was no furniture in the house. He did an excellent job deep cleaning the carpets and they were dry in a few hours. He also checked the dryer vent and air vents and made some recommendations.  He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely call Bigelow again in the future. <br />"
