They have called him and every time he says he will be there a specific day he never shows up. My parents asked for their money back since Chris obviously wasn’t going to do the job and he said no. We found out the hard way that not all home painters and restoration “experts” know how to deal with an old one. Jeff and his team are amazing and easy to work with. Jeff is onsite doing the actual work every day which is a huge benefit. He is good at problem solving on the job and works really hard.
