Actually Cary, the windows which had to be changed at your cost of 1200 were windows that you ordered incorrectly  and and were not the windows ordered according to the contract, so yes, I required the correct windows be installed."

They worked very hard for the 3.5 days they came to our home. The team was always early and on time, only took a lunch break and worked through the day. We were impressed by their professionalism, how detailed oriented they were, and respectful. At one point I even saw them picking up extra rocks that were in the driveway by hand.
