"Project - newly remodeled single story ranch with a bay window, oversized windows and regular windows. Partitioning several sections of interior with sliding panels. Communication was excellent with my assigned rep. He gave suggestions, practical tips, design styles and brand qualities and free samples. Explained the entire process up front. They have excellent varieties, styles, builds and with more color choices than competitors. Shipping was also very quick or prompt. Tracking was excellent. Packaging was extra secure and solid, especially on the longer sized blinds. Installation was simple and can be done by any DIY'er. Helps if you watch the available install videos on their website. Customer service was excellent. Easy to contact by phone or email. Reps are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. One occasion, no questions asked on needing to replace one of the larger blinds due to workmanship build (a brand product - not their own brand). It was handled quickly and shipped within a few days. Saved thousands of dollars over other vendors (who had less products and choices). I receive a lot of compliments on the blinds (& colors schemes), but get rave reviews on the partitioning sliders."

"Request service via phone. Person who took order was very pleasant. Suggest she does include details in her notes. On day of service, two men arrived and were in the house for less than an hour. There were a few tough spots but general overall cleaning was not what I had expected. They didn't get near floor boards or behind doors. "Got off to a questionable start because I wasn't able to REACH ANYONE regarding my pending appointment due to incorrect email address. But I finally had to do some DEEP Web researching and was able to get in contact via email and was given my Handy Pro Cleaners contact info. I was relieved to be able to reach out to him an push back cleaning time due to another scheduling conflict. Otherwise you are charged a hefty reschedule fee!!!! Justin arrived as planned and quickly got to work. Justine communicated very well, we talked about my overall cleaning expectations, he was polite and respectful, didn't mind my dogs, and was professional. I enjoyed chatting with him while he cleaned. My son's came home from school and I realized we were in the way so we left and allowed him to do his thing! In addition, I also brought a mattress the same day of my home cleaning an left it on the porch while Justin cleaned with the intentions of moving it when my cleaning services were complete. Upon my return to my house 1hr later, Justin had taken OUT the OLD mattress and INSTALLED the new mattress and made my son's bed I was ELATED, because this was going ABOVE and BEYOND his cleaning duties! So KUDOS to him for doing that. As I walked around my home it SMELLED CLEAN and DISENFECTED......All Appliances were degreased, and wiped down in the kitchen and my cabinets sparkled, walls wiped down, floors swept, debris from behind my fridge swept and mopped, sofa was pet hair FREE, mirrors shining all throughout the home, windows seals cleaned on inside in ALL rooms, no COBWEBS ANYWHERE! Pet hair gone, Floors shining, fans dust FREE, trash all removed! OVERALL I HAD A GREAT 1ST EXPERIENCE USING A MAID SERVICE. I will definitely use Handy Services again and specifically ask for Justin S!!!!! The reason for the Responsiveness rating is the lack of customers ability to be able to REACH a HUMANBEING if PROBLEMS arise before a scheduled appointment time!"
