I was so thankful that he was willing to complete the job the day after I called in order for me to get my pool up and running before the heat wave. Carmen did a great job correcting the wiring system that had been installed by the previous home owner. "The process was slow initially as I had to interview several HVAC before finding 3 who were willing to do the work. One was priced much too high and I didn't like the initial proposal of the placement of lines. Another contractor didn't fill me with confidence and they are part of a company that split off with different franchises (I believe). NETR's contact person, Russell, who evaluated the project was open to the idea as well as followed up with technical advice as this was a nonconforming application. After several reviews by NETR personnel and outside engineers to make sure there was enough airflow for the compressor, where and how to run the lines inside the loft; I had my carpenter build an aluminum box which took time as it was custom-ordered of sheets to be build on premises. After it was setup, NETR took over, evaluated the box, re-reviewed the plans, and subsequently sent 2 very competent techies. The job took 3 1/2 days which was fine with me. The last day a 3rd technician replaced one who had to go over to another job. They were polite and answered any questions I had. They left the place in clean condition. The system lines looks very nicely put together, works beautifully, cools the condo very nicely (remember 23 5' high windows w/plenty of solar gain). They subcontracted an experienced electrician who's expert workmanship convinced me that I will use him for future work. Terrific company who's customer service is conscientious and with good follow-through. Their abilities and experience revealed themselves in this application and I'm very grateful that they wanted to try out this nonconforming application as the only options left to me were window ACs which I find unsatisfactory, and in the bedroom impossible to sleep with while on.
