"Mixed. A quick response for inspection (done by Bill) and scheduling for mold remediation, which was done by 2 workers (John and Jen) during the height of a heat wave. However, extremely poor follow-up regarding installation of a dehumidifier (if I'd known how simple this was, I would have ordered and done this myself - just plug it in, program a few super-easy settings and attach the drainage line). . I thought that the initial price for the remediation was fair, but I was advised that an easily available dehumidifier for ~$200.00 was not sufficient and I agreed to an allegedly higher-quality unit for $300.00. The remediation was done on a Saturday and a fan was left running until Monday evening. When John returned for the fan removal and some other follow-up work, he said that he would stop at The Home Depot on his way home to pick up the dehumidifier and that he would call me on the next day, but he NEVER called me. The office manager (Melissa) was on vacation and I left a phone message and tried to reach the company via the website for whomever was covering during Melissa's absence, but I did not receive a return call. I finally reached Melissa after her return. . More than 3 weeks after the fan removal, a temporary dehumidifier was hooked up (I was not told the reason for a delay regarding the "permanent" unit). The pump did not work, so I had to manually empty the unit twice daily for 9 days until the "permanent" unit was installed (which is very loud and runs 24/7, rather than cycling on and off). Subsequently, through online research, I discovered that this unit was available and in stock from a variety of sources for as low as $215.06 from Target.com - and I paid Eco Tech LLC $300.00 for what I was told was better than the $200.00 units. Two days ago, I e-mailed Bill about this, with no response. Last night, I forwarded that same e-mail to Melissa and, thus far (as of 1:30 p.m. during the weekday), I have not received any response from her or anyone else."

"Splendid. I was referred to LHI by an acquintnance who they have done work for and who was raving about how they remodeled their bathroom. I hired them to turn an old out of shape apartment into a unit I am now renting for $1600 a month. The tiny bathroom in tgis apartment was gutted along with kitchen. "Restoration 360 was a great business to work with. We had a water leak in our kitchen that flooded our whole downstairs and Restoration 360 came in and did an amazing job drying everything out. When your dealing with such a stressful event it is good to work with a company that is very competent, trustworthy, and friendly through out the whole process. Mike and Bryan were both great guys to work with and their crews worked really long and hard hours and somehow kept a good attitude and smiles on their faces. "The owner, Shawn, is clearly busy as his next availability was two weeks out. Good for him. On appointment day, he arrived several minutes early in a clean truck and with a very good personal appearance and friendly attitude. He donned those little booties and went to work.
We haven't had the pipe cleaned in 15 years and was it ever ready! He removed a large amount of fluffy lint, cleaned up all around and was done in about 45 minutes. We feel better that we had this done and expect the dryer to run more efficiently thus saving us some money and possibly extending the life of the unit.
I notice on his card he does many other cleaning type jobs. We would certainly seek him out should the need present itself.
