Christmas Day we had a leak I called and he answered and came out the next day to repair my roof. "A quick second update to offer more praise for Thermal Quality: They installed all new replacement windows throughout our house in December 2014, but in the winter of 2015?2016 we noticed that several had faulty seals. We could see condensation between the layers of glass. I'm certain this is a manufacturing defect.
Happily, when I called Thermal Quality they were very, very quick to respond. The windows are guaranteed, so they went to the manufacturer with our exact dimensions (they gave me explicit help on getting those dimensions via phone, then came in person to confirm them). They took those dimensions and ordered replacements, which were ready quick quickly. They brought them over and installed them very soon, and we're thrilled.
Seriously, everything about Thermal Quality is awesome. It's one thing to know they provide a good service up front, but it's also good to know that you can use them with confidence because they'll stand by their work.
