"I had several areas of sod that had died after the builder installed when our house was built. Bill came out and reviewed the areas and provided a quote. The work was more intensive as originally thought because the builder laid sod on top of concrete spoils, rocks, stone. This lead to an increase in the cost of work but it's understandable as this was unforeseen. Bill communicated updated throughout the process. They also repaired a section of the new sod they did the day before after my chemical guy damaged it when treated the areas for pests.
