"We didn?t have any work done, so I can?t review the work. However, we did request an estimate for a pool installation. I didn?t find the gentleman who came to be very customer service oriented or professional. He acted like the trees that were planted in my backyard that are probably 30 to 40 years old were my fault, even though I just moved in last summer and a major inconvenience to him when it came to trenching. Additionally, he made a big showing out of how old the service panel was, and how many of the people who serviced it are no longer in business and how many different companies they used. Again, I didn?t install my service panel and I didn?t hire any of the companies that had people do work on it prior. If he wanted to just point out that it was pretty old and that maybe it?s time to consider a new panel in addition to the pool electrical work, we would?ve entertained it if he could explain why what we had wasn?t efficient and the benefits of upgrading. He didn?t."
